Ava Doppelt, Brian Gilchrist and Ryan Santurri obtained a favorable ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Chico’s FAS, Inc. v. Clair

The Federal Circuit upheld the District Court’s grant of summary judgment which effectively ended Clair’s claim of patent infringement against Chico’s. ADD+G was able to establish Clair omitted an inventor of the patents, resulting in a dismissal of Clair’s claims.
