ADD+G attorney Ryan Santurri won a jury trial involving copyright infringement of software in the United States District Court in Denver, Colorado. The outcome was a complete victory for ADD+G client Live Face on Web, LLC, with the Jury awarding $262,197 in actual damages for the unlicensed use of Live Face on Web’s virtual spokesperson software.
