ADD+G is thrilled to announce that Susan Latham has joined the firm as Of Counsel in our Miami office.
Susan is an experienced intellectual property litigator with over 20 years of experience representing clients in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition cases throughout the U.S. She has litigated in a wide range of industries including alcoholic beverages, aviation, cosmetics, fashion, finance, food products, fragrances, hotels and resorts, motorcycle accessories, pest control, restaurants, skincare, social media influencers, television, and more.
In addition to litigation, Susan assists clients with trademark, trade dress and copyright registration and enforcement. She also has experience working with U.S. Customs to stop counterfeit products from entering the country.
Susan holds a Master of Laws degree focused on intellectual property. She is a published author whose work has appeared in leading IP publications. Before becoming a lawyer, Susan worked in accounting, finance, advertising, and co-founded a boutique litigation firm.
