With over two decades of experience in IP law, Susan has litigated numerous matters involving trademark, copyright, and unfair competition. Her career includes successful representation before federal courts nationwide and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where she has effectively advocated for clients across many industries.

Before joining ADD+G, Susan co-founded a boutique litigation firm and led trademark and copyright enforcement initiatives that reached across diverse sectors, including alcoholic beverages, fashion, skincare, hospitality, social media, and technology. Her diversity of experience enables Susan to provide practical counsel tailored to each client’s industry needs.
A respected voice in her field, Susan holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she earned Distinguished Performance and Charles Ballon Writing Awards. Her insights appear regularly in leading publications, including the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and Thomson Reuters’ Westlaw Journal of Intellectual Property. She is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
In the South Florida community, Susan actively supports organizations including the Dranoff International 2 Piano Foundation and Bound By Beauty. She is also an engaged member of the South Florida Irish-American Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to both local and international business communities.
