Brian has been ADD+G’s managing shareholder for over two decades, and during his tenure has seen the firm experience significant growth and receive numerous awards for excellence in intellectual property law. In addition to his duties as managing shareholder, Brian is a well-renowned intellectual property litigator and mediator, and among other areas has significant experience with patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, deceptive practices, and restrictive covenant litigation.
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Gilchrist volunteers at the Orange County Legal Aid Society and has represented more than 100 abused and neglected children as a guardian ad litem.
