On January 10, 2019, ADD&G attorneys Allison Imber and Ryan Santurri secured a decision in an opposition proceeding in favor of ADD&G client Correct Craft IP Holdings, LLC, owner of the NAUTIQUE family of marks for boats (and other goods and services) from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board sustained Correct Craft’s opposition to the registration of the trademark CLUB NAUTIQUE & Design. A copy of the Board’s Order is attached HERE.
