ADD+G Miami office attorney Joshua B. Spector succeeded in moving the Fourth District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida to dismiss the appeal by a non-entity appellant. The Court agreed with our argument that the appellant was merely a fictitious name and therefore lacked the capacity to appeal. We successfully moved to dismiss the other appellants’ appeals on separate grounds. Order of Dismissal is attached.
