ADD+G Miami Shareholder Robert H. Thornburg recently obtained entry of a permanent injunction and a final judgment on behalf of Bose Corporation regarding a ring of counterfeiters located in the Lakeland, Florida area who were improperly importing and reselling Chinese made knock-off noise-canceling headphones. The judgment was a result of a two-year investigation and enforcement proceeding by ADD+G on behalf of Bose Corporation filed before Honorable Judge Charlene Honeywell in the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
