Spector has joined the Miami Office of the firm as a partner, where he will continue to advance his diverse Federal and state court litigation practice focusing on complex trade secret misappropriation suits, trademark infringement suits, unfair competition matters, business disputes as well as related technology focused litigation.
Mr. Spector is a 2002 graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif. Joshua is a 1996 graduate of Brown University, where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team and President of his graduating class.
He is a rated AV Preeminent 5.0 by Martindale-Hubbel, has been listed in the South Florida Legal Guide for Business Litigation (2015-2017), ranked in Florida Trend Legal Elite for Commercial Litigation (2014-2017), listed in Florida Super Lawyers (2009-2018), featured in the Miami Daily Business Review as a Rising Star (2014), and is a 2013 Fellow in the Florida Bar Leadership Academy.
