ADD+G attorney Ryan Santurri secured a major victory for ADD+G clients Terry and Kim Neisler, who have been sued by America’s Home Place, Inc. for copyright infringement of house plans. Judge Richard Story of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, who recently awarded summary judgment in favor of the Neislers on the copyright infringement claims, has now awarded attorneys’ fees to the Neislers.
