On October 26, 2018, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the judgment and permanent injunction previously secured by ADD&G attorneys Ryan Santurri and Brian Gilchrist on behalf of ADD&G client Axon, formerly TASER International, the manufacturer of TASER-branded conducted electrical weapon (CEW) technologies. The litigation entitled Integrity Services of Tampa, Inc. v Integrity Turf Solutions, LLC (Case No. 8:18-cv-02165) involves the assertion of the client’s unregistered trademark rights under the Lanham Act against a competing pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.
