On October 26, 2018, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the judgment and permanent injunction previously secured by ADD&G attorneys Ryan Santurri and Brian Gilchrist on behalf of ADD&G client Axon, formerly TASER International, the manufacturer of TASER-branded conducted electrical weapon (CEW) technologies.
