ADD+G attorney Matthew McKinney secured a preliminary injunction in U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida (Tampa Division) against a Defendant’s use of an infringing trademark. The litigation entitled Integrity Services of Tampa, Inc. v Integrity Turf Solutions, LLC (Case No. 8:18-cv-02165) involves the assertion of the client’s unregistered trademark rights under the Lanham Act against a competing pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.
